Easy 14 day returns

We understand that sometimes, the order you've made simply doesn't work for you, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the items are in original condition and were purchased at full price. We will happily provide a refund (excluding shipping costs) on full priced items.

To request a return for your order, please email us at hello@harpertheory.com and please include your name, order number and what you wish to return. 

Please read the below returns checklist before you submit a return. Due to the highly intimate nature of our products we maintain strict hygiene rules, please follow our checklist below to ensure you are eligible for a return. Otherwise you can read our our full returns policy here.  

Your return will be either approved or rejected. If approved can receive either a refund or credit. The amount will be eligible for will be the amount you paid, minus the cost of shipping.

Items must be shipped within 2 business days of receiving your returns approval.

    RETURNS CHECKLIST

    1. You contact us within the 14 day period to make a return.
    2. Once approved we will send you the shipping address for you to send your return to. Please include your return slip if you have it. If not, please write your name on a piece of paper and your contact email and order number so we can best find your order to finalise the return.
    3. If your item is faulty we will send you a pre-paid postage slip.
    4. Once we have received your item we will be able to either A) refund your order minus the shipping, or B) give you a credit for you to select the correct size or spend on something else.
    • Your name
    • Your order number, e.g. #1234
    • Your return slip that came with your order, (if you have thrown this out or did not receive one, please write your name, email address and order number on a piece of paper to send back with your return.)

    Due to strict hygiene regulations on intimate items please ensure your item is fit for return based on the following information.

    The following items cannot be returned:

    Underwear garments – All underwear is considered final sale and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Faulty items will be handled under our faulty goods policy and may be replaced or refunded. “Underwear garments” refers to any items worn directly against the genital area, including but not limited to briefs, panties, thongs, g-strings, and similar bottom undergarments. For hygiene reasons, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable, even when sold as part of a lingerie set. Other components of the set (such as bras, tops, or accessories) are eligible for return in accordance with our standard return policy.

    Opened products – Any item with broken seals or opened packaging

    Intimate objects without sealed packaging (unless faulty and covered under manufacturer’s warranty)

    Lingerie not in original condition or missing components (e.g. straps, chains, pendants)

    Soiled lingerie (including marks from makeup, fake tan, deodorant, or other stains) – these will be returned to the customer

    Hosiery where one or both hygiene seals have been opened

    Latex items where packaging or hygiene seals have been opened

    Candles, oils, and lubricants if opened or used

    Intimate wellness products with broken hygiene seals (faulty items are covered under manufacturer warranty policies)
